Serious-faced with an overly active mind…
I was always lost in dreams and had a natural creative streak. From the moment I could hold crayons, I turned every empty canvas into a burst of colour and shapes – sorry Mum for drawing on the back of your couch and white walls... 🙈
Drawing, sewing, clothes design and styling, and calligraphy were my early passions, you could always find me with a pencil, colours or scissors in my hands. Despite the grown-ups guidance to take the secure route, I pursued my love for art and design during my teenage years – some of the best times for my creativity and free thinking mind and soul.
Moving to the UK at 21, I faced language barriers, toxic relationships, low self-esteem, and somehow lost my way, so for 12 years I went through a series of decisions that allowed me to fit in and build a life, but often taken more to please others than myself and that led me to experience setbacks that left me feeling lost and broken.
After hitting rock bottom in my late twenties, I began to look inward to rebuild myself.
Rising above challenges
Returning to Italy for a year sparked a rediscovery of my passion for design and introduced me to yoga. I made myself my best friend during this time. Back in the UK, I resumed working in fashion, practiced yoga daily, and faced new challenges with a renewed sense of self. Although I still felt somewhat lost, I had already started building a solid foundation within myself to stand on.
The turning point came in 2019 when I became a yoga teacher, opening a whole new world of possibilities. And a year after, I was ready to take a leap of faith to pursue a long-lost career in design. I left my job in fashion, took a 4 months intensive training in graphic design, relied solely on my savings and the trust that I would make it as a designer.
Then the pandemic put a halt to everyone’s lives, mine included, but I did not stop and I started teaching yoga online, pushing me to come out of my shell of shyness and also started promoting myself as a freelance designer. In 2021, I worked for a marketing and advertising startup, but after almost two years with them, I was made redundant, for the second time in my life. But this time it was different, I felt like the Universe had truly listened to me, and it was giving me the opportunity I was looking for.
It was time for change!

Meet Stefania!
All my life, I had worked in environments where I had to learn on my own and do my best without support. Considering all the ups and downs of the last 20 years, I found strength in my journey and decided it was time to love myself fully and create a job I was passionate about. It was time for change!
I have always loved sharing my knowledge to support and empower others. And now with my new skills and knowledge as a designer, combined with my holistic and wellbeing expertise as a yoga teacher, I felt the natural step was to get a further training to become a coach and share my knowledge of branding and design within the wellness industry.
Since then, I have worked with visionary solopreneurs, wellness teachers, and conscious brands, helping them bring their visions to life.
Through my unique blend of creativity, design, and holistic coaching, I've supported clients in building authentic brands that reflect their true selves and connect with their dream clients.
